Do you know where you’re going?  Are you running a race with no concept of the course, no idea where the finish line is?

The fact is that if you do NOT write down your goals, that’s exactly what you’re doing.

1) Write down your key long-term goals
2)  Set stretch goals
3)  Write down the steps to get there (the more detailed the better) – Chunk your goals.  Break them into achievable steps.
4)  Share them with someone- Be accountable to someone else for your goals.
5)  Follow the steps
6)  Review daily… modify as needed
7)  Keep your eye on the prize!
